If at any time your product is found to be defective
(Excluding AS-IS items),
we will repair or replace items with a same or comparable item of
equal value. This excludes any damage from unordinary use or
accident.
Returns
and Exchanges
YES, YOU MAY RETURN YOUR PURCHASE.
Discrepancies in orders must be reported within
24 hours of receipt of goods. Please call
Bootyland (206) 328-0636
within 24 hours of receipt of goods for a
return authorization number.
Unwanted
merchandise MUST be returned within
15 days of receipt of goods.
RETURN
ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION
1. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags.
2. Return with copy of receipt and authorization number.
Items
that do not meet the criteria may not be accepted.
*WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WORN, WASHED ITEMS,
ITEMS LISTED AS-IS OR CLOSEOUT ITEMS.
Upon
receipt of goods you will receive credit or exchange
or refund on the returned merchandise.
Credit cards will be credited back to the original account only,
and checks will be refunded with a mailed check.
Reimbursement
on shipping costs will only apply if the return
is a result of our error.
We
reserve the right to refuse service.
